MissFIT Movement delivers specialist movement and wellbeing programs to children and schools. Our various programs improve fitness, strength and flexibility as well as increasing wellbeing, confidence and resilience.

We offer our fun, engaging, fitness programs to schools throughout the school term AND sessions for families out of school hours across the Adelaide metropolitan area.

THE MOVEMENT
Our specialist movers are qualified to expertly lead children through a series of movements to increase heart rate, improve fitness, reduce stress and increase wellbeing.

Each program concentrates on developing fundamental movement skills through movement and music. Children enjoy a fun group atmosphere and new popular music while they exercise in a non-competitive environment.

THE PROGRAMS

We offer four specialist programs to suit your wellbeing and PE needs.

The programs are adapted to be suitable for all children from Reception - Year 12.
