Active After School and School Holiday Programs

triangle

We offer fun, active programs for both after school and school holiday times. Ask us about one of our many programs, or you can also mix and match in your session.

Our professional coaches can lead exercise sessions in any program for your children, to help develop resilience, confidence and wellbeing. Children are able to try new experiences in a safe, positive, no pressure environment.

Click here to check out the range of progams on offer. All programs are combined with fun warm up and cool down games, to keep children active and engaged while they have fun keeping fit! Plus, all programs available in a combination of packages and prices, from 30mins to 3 hours. Ask us for more info.

After an Active After School program? Great news, families can also use their $100 Sports Voucher! Meaning the term program will be FREE. Download the voucher here

Our after school programs work best as a form of dance such as hip hop (our most popular), dance, contemporary or acro! Children learn a routine which is choreographed over the term by their instructor. We love working towards an end of term performance. Parents are wleomce to attend to watch, of children may like to perform at an assembly to showcase their dance.
